Spacious and Comfortable

The room was spacious with nice seating outside on the porch. Fresh towels and amenities were provided, including a microwave and kettle. It was peaceful at night, and my family loved the comfort of the beds, despite the slight hardness. Overall, a lovely place to relax after a day at the zoo.

Fun for Kids

We had an amazing time feeding the giraffes directly from our terrace! My kids also enjoyed the soft play slide and games area. The kids' pool was warm, which made it perfect for them to have fun. The activities were good, including a honey tour for AED 30 per person. It made our stay extra special!

Breakfast at The Hide was a fantastic experience! We loved the option to have breakfast overlooking the animals. The service was excellent, and despite some dishes being a bit too salty for my taste, the variety still made for a good start to our day.

Engaging Zoo Experience

The zoo was well-organized and kept my children enthralled. They had a great time watching animal shows, especially the bird show that we initially thought was a seal show. Feeding the animals and riding the horses were added bonuses that created lovely memories for our family.

I had a wonderful time at the resort. The spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay, while the variety of food was absolutely delightful. The staff were incredibly helpful and eager to make my visit memorable. On the downside, the loud music at the pool area was a bit distracting during the mornings, and the towel issue really needs to be addressed. Nevertheless, I left with fond memories and would definitely consider staying again.
